Kristy is a Georgia native. She received a bachelor’s in nursing from Florida State University and 1993 and then a Master’s of nursing in Midwifery from Emory University in 1998. She has been working as a Certified Nurse-Midwife in the Atlanta area for over 20 years and has been with Ob/Gyn of Atlanta since 2011.

Kristy enjoys caring for women and couples throughout the pregnancy. Aside from delivering babies, she has a special love for education and empowering couples through education in the birth process. Kristy teaches many of the childbirth classes for the practice.

She is married with 3 kids and lives in Cumming. She enjoys swimming, relaxing, and throwing a ball for her dogs. Family time is valuable and she loves that she can be a part of helping other families grow.
