Dr. Kissing was born in Germany and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cologne – Medical School.
He completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin, Madison and received fellowship training at the University Hospital in Dusseldorf and Duren, Germany.
Dr. Kissing is Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
